BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH PRESERVED PETALS,
YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING
TERMS & CONDITIONS

y allowing Preserved Petals to preserve your flowers and design your keepsake, you are giving us consent to use our best judgment and discretion based on your selection. Preserved Petals floral designs are considered custom and are subject to creative decisions made during any part of the design stage.

Once your design is complete any changes requested by you may result in additional charges for materials, labor and/or shipping. Major changes may result in damage to your flowers.

The condition of your fresh flowers can affect the quality of your preserved flowers. Preserved Petals will not assume liability for damage to your flowers prior to their arrival at our store location.

Any flower/s accepted and preserved by Preserved Petals become our property until all charges associated with the preservation selection are paid in full.

Most flowers will have some damage by the time they are received by Preserved Petals. Reasonable charges may be assessed to cover the cost of replacements. Should a filler flower or greenery not preserve well, Preserved Petals will replace it with a like product free of charge. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the display ordered is correct, including style, color and size.



Payment

Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Your final display selection must be made within four weeks following the wedding and the balanced paid in full at time selection is made. While we make every effort to contact the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to make their selection and payment, with or without notice. If a display decision and/or payment is not made, Preserved Petals reserves the right to dispose of any flowers without notice after four months. Returned checks are assessed a fee of $25.00. Preservation will be completed 14-16 weeks after the wedding date in most cases. However, Preserved Petals reserves the right to extend this time if needed. If possible the customer will be given notice of delays.

Completed Preservation

Once preservation is complete, customers will be contacted by phone. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Preserved Petals with address and phone number changes. Preserved Petals will store the completed preservation for up to four weeks at no charge. After four weeks, a monthly storage fee of $25.00 will be added. Completed preservation not picked up within three months after customer notification will be considered abandoned and become the property of Preserved Petals. If you are unhappy with your preserved flowers for any reason, you have 30 days after receipt of your preservation to notify Preserved Petals. Refunds are limited to the purchase price, less shipping, the reservation deposit or other service charges. It is the customer's responsibility to return the display in good condition and to cover any shipping charges. The long-term condition of your preserved flowers is dependent on factors beyond our control and therefore no guarantees or refunds are made beyond the 30-day period.
